How to use this template
Open it in your spreadsheet app. Fill in the yellow-highlighted cells with your operation data — setup times, run times, material costs, and shop rates. The formulas calculate total cost, price breaks, margin, and markup automatically.
The customer-ready section at the bottom shows a clean summary you can copy into an email or PDF without exposing your internal cost breakdown.
When a spreadsheet isn't enough
